Service Description
Our Women’s Only Strike and Conditioning class provides a dynamic and empowering workout tailored for female members. This class blends essential striking techniques from traditional boxing, Muay Thai, and Dutch kickboxing with comprehensive strength and endurance training. Designed for beginners and intermediates, the first half focuses on mastering basic stances, guards, strikes, and movements unique to each martial art. The second half transitions into intense body conditioning to build strength, enhance endurance, and improve overall fitness. This fast-paced, one-hour session offers an efficient way to experience all the benefits Team S.M.A.C. has to offer, ensuring a fun and engaging environment.
