ON-SITE GROUP FITNESS LESSONS
Our 10-Week On-Site Group Fitness Lessons, is designed to get you acquainted and active with your neighbours! Regardless of your current fitness level, our classes will get you excited no matter what!
TEAM SMAC will get you motivated to achieve your personal fitness goals, while having lots of FUN! We combine elements of Taekwondo, Western Boxing, Muay Thai, and Cardio-Kickboxing to give you the ULTIMATE workout. We also incorporate physical aspects of Core/Strength Training, Stretching, and Plyometric Drills, to help improve your speed, strength, flexibility, and agility.
