SR. INSTRUCTOR TRINA HOADLEY-SEAFORTH
Sr. Instructor Trina Hoadley-Seaforth, Owner and Vice President of Seaforth Martial Arts Center, is a 2nd Dan (Degree) Black Belt in WTF Style Taekwondo. Sr. Instructor Hoadley-Seaforth is also a Certified and Experienced Child and Youth Worker (CYW), as well as a Certified Nutrition & Wellness Specialist (NWS).
“Martial Arts has given me many opportunities to practice and develop useful skills and techniques such as focus; concentration; respect; self-confidence; and patience. These skills are reflective in my everyday living, and teaching.” She is a firm proponent of the benefits Martial Arts training can offer to people of every capability, and today is putting her theories into practice with Seaforth Martial Arts Centre’s popular Lil’ Dragon Program.
Sr. Instructor Hoadley-Seaforth has over 10 years of formal Martial Arts training with over two years of instructing experience. Along with teaching Seaforth Martial Arts Centre's dynamic Lil' Dragon Program, Sr. Instructor Hoadley-Seaforth is able to assist her students in building their self-esteem and confidence through positive re-enforcement; patience; and modifying programs to support various student needs.
Sr. Instructor Hoadley-Seaforth’s Martial Arts experience also includes Western Boxing, Brazilian Juijitsu, and Muay Thai. Currently she is training towards her 3rd Dan in Taekwondo.
