CORPORATE TEAM-BUILDING WORKSHOPS

Seaforth Martial Arts Centre (SMAC) is now offering Corporate Team Building Workshops.

We are firm believers that “Teams who Kick Together…Stick Together". Each workshop is customized to fully enhance team success; employee / employer relationships; as well as overall team morale. Seaforth Martial Arts Centre's dynamic workshops combine an empowering Martial Art lesson, suitable for any fitness level, with several exhilarating team-building exercises to ensure your employees are motivated, and striving for success!

We have three SMAC Packages to choose from to suit your company’s specific needs.

SMAC’s Dynamic Platinum Package

This highly motivating, 2.5-hour Power Session has all the “Bells and Whistles”. Your employees will be treated to an energetic physical workout, team-building exercises, practical self-defence techniques, as well as one of our enlightening 30-minute SMAC seminars! Examples of SMAC seminars include, but are not limited to: Stretching; Wellness; Nutrition; Stress Management; and Stages of Success. Also included in this package: a SMAC sweatshirt; embroidered towel; Barrier Board for breaking; a yoga mat; a stress ball; and a tote bag to carry it all in. You also have the option of purchasing additional SMAC add-ons.

SMAC’s Empowering Gold Package

This 2-hour package is designed to motivate your employees to reach their personal and professional bests! This package consists of a highly energetic Martial Art lesson, team-building exercises, as well as a life-changing self-defence session. To complete this package, we’ve also included a stress ball, a SMAC golf shirt, and a tote bag to carry it all in. You also have the option of purchasing additional SMAC add-ons.

SMAC’s Exhilarating Silver Package

Also known as the ‘Team Tension Releaser”. This 1.5-hour package is designed to bring your team together for a great Martial Art workout! We have specially designed this SMAC workshop to accommodate all fitness levels. In addition, you have the option of purchasing additional SMAC add-ons!

Each SMAC Package includes a bottle of water, a SMAC t-shirt, as well as a certificate of completion! Feel free to further show your appreciation of your employees, by adding more SMAC goodies into the mix. Choose any of the following SMAC add-ons: Embroidered Towel; Sweat Shirt; Golf Shirt;Yoga Mats; Stress Ball; and Tote Bag. Additional costs will apply. All workshop prices are based on 10 or less attendees. There will be an extra charge per additional attendee.

To further motivate your employees, you can add an “Employee Appreciation Prize” for an in-class draw. Prizes are: A Wavemaster - Portable Heavy Bag; or 4 In-home Private Lessons with TEAM SMAC.
